I can confirm this also. I ran the updater program just before importing my ARRL DX CW contest adif log into DX4WIN (using Jim's very excellent ADIF to DX4WIN DXQ program)
My log shows Prefix of PY and Country BRAZIL for PR0R but in my notes I had wrote ST PETER & PAUL ROCK.
