The sort answer is Yes.
When you finish with the import in dx4win, you can see your Log in a separate window. You should go to QSO window>Window>Logbook. Right click over the Logbook window>Select report>Sort Index by Date. But have in mind that this is the default option. If you have different callsigns or different Locators, States, etc, it's better to import the qsos in different groups.
