If you want to print all together you must make a new file and separate every call in groups. You must name every group with the call you want to print and after that in file>preferences>Rep/Lab add a %%. Also when you go to print, you must have "print group names" box checked. Easier if you go with your second option. When you go to print (qso window>QSLs>Print QSL labels) a window opens. Notice the "Missing Labels" box in the middle. Here you are. Note that if have a sheet with more than one column with labels, dx4win prints by column. So if you have missed the first column (8 labels for example) and 3 labels in the second, you must write 11 in that box.

I have four log files that each have 1-3 QSO's I want to print labels for.

Is there any way to merge them together into one file to print? I'm not
sure how one "prints to file"

The other option is to run the same sheet of labels through the printer
four times, but I don't remember how to set the "offset" to skip past the
labels that have been removed/used after each pass through the printer.

Any/all help is appreciated!

Thanks & 73,
