That's an indication that something is wrong with your duplicates database. To fix this, open up Windows explorer, and type "%AppData%\TrustedQSL" in the address bar. Don't include the quotes, but do include the percent signs. delete all of the log.* and db.* files from that folder.
The most likely cause of this is running TQSL as adminstrator or as some other user.
