Re my email below. Solved! I don't know quite what it means but I noticed that in the title bar of the DX SPOTS window it said (HOLDING). I then saw that in the drop down menu for that window was a option "toggle Holding" I clicked on that and the spots started to fall like rain on an English Summers Day. What on earth that option is for I have no idea. I did notice earlier that all the spots in that window were from yesterday, but I cleared them and it was populated by todays but not to the bandmap.
I would not mind an explanation about why have that option. 73 and sorry for the bandwidth.
