Whenever I make a major change to my log such as entering a contest ADIF file, etc, I save a copy of my DXL file in a separate safe location (FILE/SAVE AS then right click on the DXL file and select SEND TO (I send it to a thumb drive). Then after the change is complete I look for any errors or problems. If I see none then I save the new DXL log file with the changes. If there are problems such you had happen I just revert back to DXL log file I saved before I made the changes and it is back to where it was before the changes. In the meantime don't log any new contacts or they will be lost.

When I downloaded and imported this morning’s eQSL file, every last one of my logbook Q’s had a confirmed checkmark for all 42,000+ QSL’s dating back to 1962. Obviously an error in the downloaded file. How do I painlessly remove all eQSL checkmark confirmations so that I can try it again with a fresh eQSL download? Will a new eQSL imported file write over the old logfile data and will it update by removing and adding check mark eQSL confirmations per the new imported eQSL file? 73, Bud W3LL w...@arrl.net ______________________________________________________________ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
