First, go into File->Preferences and click on the QSO tab. Make sure
that "Range" is selected in the QSO Date field. Save that if necessary.
Next press F8 to pull up the search on the QSO window. When you enter a
date and hit enter, a dialog box will prompt you for the end date. Enter
that, then click on File->Import/Export. Do an export, and when you go
to save the file, it will say "Filter Active, use it for export?". Click
on Yes and you'll get what you want.
