Sales and or other DX4WIN members:

Need your help!

1. Ordered the upgrade from version 8.05 to 9.01 on October 19,, 2017
2. Received order receipt same day with statement that the keys are manually 
generated
3. License Key not received as of October 24, 2017.
4. Sales have not responded to email status requests.
5. Telephone calls to BrookHill Data Systems, LLC (703) 939-9948 are not 
answered and no answering machine..
6. Any one else know the status of Sales office ? on vacation?
7. Appreciate any feedback from members.
