You better give all the details: Each install from the original download (including new license) or did you do some copy? Your log is ONLY on the first PC and not on a shared drive somewhere? Is your old DX4WIN log available to the new program on the new PC? When you say 20 QSLs, do you mean 20 QSOs were inputted and now 5000 of yours are there on the new PC?
Etc. /Dan KI6X -----Original Message----- From: dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net [mailto:dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net] On Behalf Of Gene Alward Sent: Saturday, November 25, 2017 9:37 AM To: DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Subject: [Dx4win] HELP I loaded DX4WIN 9.0.3 on my Dell desktop and all went well and I entered about 20 QSL's to be sure it all worked correctly and when it did show the 20 QSL's in the log I assumed all was well so I proceeded to load the same program into my NEW Dell laptop that had never had a logging program on it and after I had loaded the same 20 QSL'S I then I checked the logbook and found over 5000 contacts listed and a spot check showed that at least the ones I checked were mine. How did this list get in there and where did it come from. I am sure Jim does not keep a record of our QSO'S and I am wondering if anybody has ever had this happen. I am hesitant to ask the group for fear they may have me committed since it sounds so crazy but it happened. Any answers, guesses, or thoughts in general would surely be helpful.
