I think you have to differ between Call's and User.
I am User with my call, and i owner of many DXped logs (callsigns) that
are uploaded to LoTW - and this logs will never touched, i agree

Hi David
I uploaded the full 7O8AA log (years ago) in its intirety, and it
will not change.
I uploaded it once.
Am I part of the 25% ?

Guy,
I think you are right, the DX Spots member list is a great feature.
However, it indicates whether a station is an LOTW user but not if
they actively use LOTW. Over half (58%) of all LOTW users have not
uploaded QSO data in the past year and more than 25% have not
uploaded in the last five years. The search provides a convenient
way to view a station's last upload date which can be helpful in
deciding whether to send a card or wait for lotw confirmation. Also,
it does not require an XML subscription. Just an example.

David,
There is already a memberlist in the DX Spots window (you can setup
what you
are looking for standard it shows LoTW, Eqsl etc),
this is updated very often and you can see if the station is Lotw,
eqsl or
something else.
This works for every user of DX4WIN since version 8.xx, your way
around is
not a bad idea
but for those that don't pay for the XML version It has no use.
