Hello Rick, The on line instructions are pretty good, just follow them and you should be fine. Two important things to get you started: 1. The log file format in v9 is different so you must import your v8 log. You cannot just copy it over. 2. More of your personal info and settings are stored in the configuration file. You may import your old v8 config file into v9, but you will still probably need to change some things around. Once you get everything set the way you want it, write a new configuration file. Do this any time you change any of your settings. File > Preferences > File > Load (or Write) configuration file If you have more specific questions once you are up and running, just ask and someone on here will likely have the answer.
