Hello again, I think I have solved the problem, however I do not understand why.
The problem was> When I click on a spot in the band map or in the spot window the frequency changes accordingly in the band map and in the logging window but after 1-2 s the frequency change back to the one seen on the radio. The mode has changed both in the logging window and on the radio. However, if I change the frequency or the mode on the rig it changes in DX4WIN. Thus, it is only the communication of frequency from DX4WIN to the rig that does not work. Then I tested to use ICOM 756 Pro III as rig but changed the address from 6E to 7A, then everything worked nicely. I compared ICOm 756 Pro III and ICOM 7600 rig-files and one of the differences were the ADDR line stating 110 for ICOM 7560 Pro III and 122 for ICOM 7600. All other differences are listed at the very end of all other listings below. I changed the address to 110 in the ICOM 7600 and the default address changed to 6E in the radio setting window in DX4WIN. If running the program as this the connection between radio and program timed out and the connection was disabled. Then I changed the address manually to 7A in the radio setting window in DX4WIN. The result was a fully functional connection between DX4WIN and the rig. It seems like it was the presetting of ADDR=122 that made the problem. This commadnd dit set 7A as default address in DX4WIN, but something must have gone wrong. I write all this in the hope that those who know programming than me should be able to find a more proper solution. I have got two comments from peoples that have had the same problem; one who changed to another port to serial program and the other who used the earlier version of Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge, i.e. v. 6.6.0.0. As is it seems to work and I am happy with it.
