Here is a direct link to the new country file for DX4WIN version 9.0x,
in case you do not want to wait for "Help | Check for Updates"

Extract the "country.dat" file to your DX4WIN 9.0x SAVE directory.
DX4WIN should not be running when you do this. After you start
DX4WIN, try logging the callsign "VERSION" (type the call VERSION then
the TAB key). The Prefix field in the QSO window should be "XT" and
the "QSL Mgr" field should be 24-OCT-2018 if you have the latest
version.
