Worked for me, using my existing log, and a callsign not already found in my log. Start entering K4TKT (some random call I picked) then Tab. Callsign/Mgr lookup window has details from RAC callbook. Click "Update QSO" in that window. Fields are filled into logbook. Enter to log QSO. Then review the QSO.
