Hi, I sent my QSL to the ARRL to request my DXCC endorsement. I only have 3 entities left to work and confirm: KH8 / S Swains Is. P5 DPR of Korea YA Afghanistan
The two QSLs I sent from Afghanistan EA4FAS / YA and YA / IW0HPJ were rejected for the DXCC because the operators did not have the relevant documentation. My question is this: With the F8 filter, I search the two stations in Afghanistan and change the "Y" to "N" in Cnfm, I save the file, and when I ask for a report of the entities I need, it indicates that YA, is confirmed despite having put "N" in Cnfm. I could solve it, putting in the field rstR, instead of 5/9 a "0". I think this is not the right way and is due to a program error, maybe Paul can tell me how I should do it. Greetings to all.
