It looks like the problem with Fiji and the others was relatively short-lived. It was present only in the country file released on April 5. I was using a new method to create the IOTA list that would work for both DX4WIN 8.0x and earlier, and DX4WIN 9.0x. Previously, the file had been edited by hand. Now it's created from the IOTA database that one can download from the IOTA web site.
