I'm having a terrible time printing Brother DK-1201 labels with my Brother QL-550 printer.
The printer is similar to the Dymos, being a Die Cut PC Label Printer, with the labels on a spool not a sheet. The label size is 29 mm x 90 mm (1-1/7" x 3-1/2"). I've set up a custom format, filling in only the following: Label Width and Label Height (3.500 and 1.140 inches) Nr across and Nr down (1 and 1) Paper size (custom) Page width and Page height ( (3.500 and 1.14 inches) All other dimensions are 0.000 When I try to print, I get an error message "the roll of labels or tape inside the machine does not matches the one selected in the application." It also shows the paper size in the printer as being what I set it at, but the paper size in the application as 2-37"x2" I created another custom label using the label's metric size, but got the same error. My guess is that this is a DX4Win problem.
