Brad, Go to Preferences. QSO Tab. In the upper right is the "Label/Upl flag box. Uncheck every item and there will no longer be any automatic "Y" in your QSOs.
To get rid of existing "Y", I suggest you do go through the process of printing all labels, but write them to a file instead of actual printing. When done it will ask if you want all the "Y" flags cleared - say yes and your done.
