I have just downloaded it used it for my latest ADIF upload to DX4WIN. It worked FB after my struggles with WIN 10 trying to block it and not wanting to put it in the folder I wanted. But finally got it done. Used to be so much simpler with older versions of windows. Using the latest version of DX4WIN and updates..
