That's a good question.  I looked through my database.  I didn't find
any callsigns that signed simply "/P" from the "other" zone, for
example, VK2XYZ/P in Perth (VK6).  The Australians are pretty good
about signing /# (like VK2XYZ/6) unlike hams in Spain and Russia (and
the USA for that matter) where there is no such requirement.
