Hi Dick, I'm sorry for your problems. What version of DX4WIN are you using? Is the baud rate set correctly? If it's a non-standard baud rate, you will have to uncheck the box in the Rig setup. What kind of interface are you using? The latest IC-7610 Rig driver for DX4WIN 9.x is here: https://ad1c.us/dx4win/radios/ Also make sure that the IC-7610 is running the latest firmware.
