I have been using my 101D with DX4WIN for 6 years now. The 7610 and 890
are also listed on the website radio files list, but I notice they aren't
listed in the latest version of DX4WIN under radio Preferences.  Perhaps
try the 890 file listed here:

These might be old versions of the file....as the page notes (it was
updated in 2022). For most radio files for DX4WIN  the most current version
is usually found in the actual software (currently 9.09). Hope this helps.
But  there are radio files for 101D, 890 and 7610. No doubt many others are
using the 7610 and 890....just like I'm using the 101D. BTW, the 101D and
101MP are listed as  Yaesu FTDX101 under the Preferences in the current
software.
