After you export your WriteLog file to ADIF, open the ADIF file in a text editor (Wordpad is good for this). Do a global search and replace (control H) and change all instances of QTH to STATE. When you import this to DXBase, you will get warning messages for the Canadian provinces and DX serial numbers, but the QSO will still be imported. The states will show up in the STATE field in DXBase. The provinces and serial numbers won't, but the QSO still gets imported.
