Phil, When you copy data on to a CDROM disk, every file that gets copied has it's file property set automatically to read only. Then, when you copy the file from the CD on to another machine, the file property is still set to read only. Thus, the jet engine can't open the file. You need to locate the file using Windows Explorer, right click on it, and select properties. Then remove the read only flag.
