Jack,

QSOs are only counted once.  They are counted toward whatever is in the
prefix field of the QSO.  When entering QSOs, if you enter the call sign
field first, then the system uses the current date and looks up the callsign
based on todays ARRL country list of active countries.  If you are entering
old stuff, then better to enter the date first.  Or just simply select the
right prefix if its in deleted status.
