When you install DXbase, it will install a host file in your appropriate
windows folder depending on what OS you are using.  However, if you already
have a host file installed, DXbase will not overwrite it.  In your case, you
must have a host file but it is empty.  A copy of the host file with the
telnet related IPs was placed in your DXbase folder.  Use file find to
locate your existing host file and replace it with the one that we put in
your DXbase folder.
