Use Start -> Search -> File Finder, enter MSJ*.* in the "Named" box,  
C:\Windows in the Path and select "include subfolders" 

You can right click on each msj***.dll that is found, select 
"properties" and the "version" tab ... then select "Language" 

If you go through each msj*.dll, you should be able to find the 
particular DLL that has been overwritten by a Spanish language 
version.  I have also found hhctrl.ocx (the HTML Help system) 
overwritten in the past with will cause Help (F1) to open in 
Spanish in some applications.
