Yes, I have one, I did my last run with it.  You will still have to do a
little editing as it has my CALL in it for example, but its not too hard to
do.

The main issue is can your printer really handle card stock?  I ran mine on
a HP LJ1100, ran about 1000 cards through it and nearly wore it out.
