Yes it does. The Field's name is "QSL VIA" which has a drop down where you can choose Manager, Direct, Bureau, etc. That area of the qsl cards is populated when you choose the Manager choice in the QSL VIA field. If you choose manager, and a manager does not exist in the DXB files, then that area is not printed. So two things are required, you have to have chosen manager as the qsl choice and a manager has to exist in the log.mdb.
