Bill,
The MHZ "variable" in DXBase returns "14" and the FREQ variable returns the "full FREQUENCY" ... SO, if your station actually uses the BAND in METERS - "and" if that 20 Meters lands up in the BAND column of his LOG within your DXbase2002 program, then you are setup all OK -- just use MHZ as the variable .... The 20 in the BAND column actually becomes 14 Mhz when it prints out. If you have anything other than that - you STILL can do some gee-whizz things thru conditional coding.. 73 de Joe WA6AXE FireBrick wrote: > > Station I manage sometimes supplies me with logs that don't have a > frequency, just the band. > How do I get it to put in the band if there is no frequency in the log? > > I'm confused on what variable to use. > > ------------------------------------------------------------ > "To define recursion, we must first define recursion. > ------------------------------------------------------------ > > Bill H. in Chicagoland > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > _______________________________________________ > DXBase Reflector - Please visit us on the web at www.dxbase.com > - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - > To UNSUBSCRIBE please visit: > http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dxbase
