[DXBase] Dxbase CW patch for logging bug.

I ordered DXbase 2003, I have DXbase 2000 and it had the CW logging bug that
didn't recognize CW contacts in year 2000 going forward.I couldn't find the
patch on the DXbase site. I suspect that I need to fix the bug before
importing 2000 to 2003, does anybody know any different and can anyone email
the patch?
