[DXBase] DxBase 2003 received and installed

DxBase 2003 arrived yesterday (1st May) and installed last night with no 
problems whatsoever.

Majority of settings transferred automatically from 2002 which made life very 
easy.

Well done Jack, Courtney and et al.
