I'm POSITIVE I never had to do this with DXB2002. All messages were emptied when the DX spots were - which makes sense.
Selecting the messages and then manually deleting them still leaves the line numbers. This means the next message received will just start where the old ones left off. I'm used to clearing all DX spots and messages when starting up the program for the day. It just kind of took me by surprise to have several hundred old messages still in the queue. It doesn't make sense (to me) that there wouldn't be a way to get rid of them all at once just like with the spots. Oh well, things change I guess.... Still waiting for the megahertz to megacycle converter, too. 73 de Glen K2BF FireBrick wrote: > Messages can only be deleted one way.....I think. > Move the cursor over the number in the first column. > The cursor will change to a arrow pointing right. > Click once, the line should now be highlighted. > Hit the Delete key. > It should be gone. > > Holding down the shift key when clicking on the number will allow you to > highlight multiple lines and delete with a single press of the 'Delete' key. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Glen Menendez" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[email protected]> > Sent: Monday, May 13, 2002 11:29 AM > Subject: [DXBase] Deleting messages? > > > > > Okay, stupid question of the day... > > > > How do I delete messages in the DX Info window?
