Once I took a quick look at the ADIF specification, the change
required was obvious.
Back to the ADIF editing...Default from my contest logging software
the ADIF output looked like this:
<EOH>
<QSO_DATE:8>20020803 <TIME_ON:6>182020 <FREQ:6>14.035 <BAND:3>20m
<STX:1>1 <MODE:2>CW
<CALL:4>N0NI
<NAME:4>TONI
<State:2>IA
<M:1>1
<A20:3> 1
<COUNTRY:13>United States
<PREF:1>K
<EOR>
I did a quick search and replace and added <TX_PWR:3>100 to the top
line like this:
<EOH>
<QSO_DATE:8>20020803 <TIME_ON:6>182020 <FREQ:6>14.035 <BAND:3>20m
<STX:1>1 <MODE:2>CW <TX_PWR:3>100
<CALL:4>N0NI
<NAME:4>TONI
<State:2>IA
<M:1>1
<A20:3> 1
<COUNTRY:13>United States
<PREF:1>K
<EOR>
And now DXBase is happily reporting the power for those contacts as
100.
Much joy in Whoville now! :-)
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
