Not sure what an error three is.
But, the most common reason that DXB cannot find the callbooks is:
that some computers require an \ at the end of the line and some don't.
For example, I have Buckmaster on the Hard Drive and I need:
CDROM Drive CDROM Data Path CDROM Type
C \HAM0\ HAMCALL

that backslash at the end of the path is necessary for me.

hope this help.

I keep getting error 3 when I try and look up a call in RAC. What does this
mean?
