[DXBase] Label Question

Greetings All, Printed out a large batch of labels today using the
5160-1Q.
All of the callsigns printed very light, but the rest of the info on the
label
was nice and dark.
I've not modified the label project in any way.
Any idea why this light printing on the callsigns?
