... ARRL says at http://www.arrl.org/awards/dxcc/dxcclist.txt that Antartica is CE9/KC4. In my Primary Prefix Database (DXB2003) I find KC4 as Antartica and than KC4 - CE9 as an alias map ... So all fine I guess ...
