I recently changed from Windows 98SE to Windows 2000 and am now having problems.
My radio interface worked great in Windows 98 and I have not changed the hardware. I think I know what the problem is but cannot figure out how to change it. I looked in my device manager and noticed that Windows 2000 put almost everything at a IRQ level of 9. My sound card, NIC card, my SCSI card, and the Lavaport card which is where I have my radio connected to. I thought at first I could just change the IRQ settings but unfortunately they are greyed out and I cannot make any changes. What do I do now short of going back to Windows 98SE ???
