HP is really "good" about that. When I installed an HP scanner and tried to get it to directly copy to an HP-4L printer it wouldn't work. The "official" fix: use Laserjet III drivers. But think nothing of it, I've found bugs in the firmware in a $250,000 Vector Network Analyzer and a $25,000 sampling oscilloscope and HP's (now Agilent) response was, "Oh, we don't support those instruments anymore, you need rev.XXX." > >I also want to thank Jack, W9OL, and N7US(?) for their responses and >help. You sure don't get that quality and quick assistance from HP! 73, Wes N7WS
