So far my pet peeve re DXBase is when I am scanning the band looking for an interesting station to call, then deciding for some reason to check another record or jumping over to Outlook to read an incoming email. Doing this instantly logs the empty record, and if I then try to delete the empty record, I get an error window saying "The field QSO-TAB.QSO-CALL" can't contain a null value." So I have to put in some bogus call like K1X, then delete the record. That's a pain, is there some arcane setup step that I missed so I don't have to waste so much time? George W1EBI
