[DXBase] Printing Return Address Label

First, I want to thank you Courtney and FireBrick for the easy to
understand info on the return address.  It was really not to hard to
understand the help file but I was doing one thing wrong that was
keeping me from being able to print the return labels.  I have now
gotten off a number of QSLs that print from the program.
