No, I only tried testing to see if I can raise DTR to try to key up my soundcard interface. I believe DXBase uses DTR as a keyer, and if I connect it to my CW plug it should work the same. Digipan can use either DTR or RTS as a keyer an in both cases the soundcard interface keyed up my rig. > Not sure but did you read the help file part about making sure the I/O > addresses that the driver used are the same that the registry shows for that > com port? > You can check using System to find the I/O address assigned to that port. > Then edit the registry to that same address. I did this and COM3 is set to 0x03E8 in the registry entries DXBase placed in there. Interestingly I cannot determine what address COM3 was set by the USB-to-Serial driver since there is no "resources" tab for the I/O port, but I don't think it's using this address, hence COM3 won't work in DXBase. I'm using Windows XP. Yet Digipan and MMSSTV was able to use COM3 without any additional registry entries. > > There is a section in the help file that explains it in detail. > It's under CW interface/Windows Registry Entries.
