No, I only tried testing to see if I can raise DTR to try to key up my
soundcard interface. I believe DXBase uses DTR as a keyer, and if I connect
it to my CW plug it should work the same. Digipan can use either DTR or RTS
as a keyer an in both cases the soundcard interface keyed up my rig.

I did this and COM3 is set to 0x03E8 in the registry entries DXBase placed
in there. Interestingly I cannot determine what address COM3 was set by the
USB-to-Serial driver since there is no "resources" tab for the I/O port, but
I don't think it's using this address, hence COM3 won't work in DXBase. I'm
using Windows XP. Yet Digipan and MMSSTV was able to use COM3 without any
additional registry entries.
