I have used the Wizard to populate the pending QSO labels data, but am not getting the results I expect to see. When I preview the pending labels (8160-3Q.lbl) those with a manager will print correctly, but those without a manager show the word "via" in the label heading without a following callsign (since there is no manager call to print) .
Examination of the label in design shows the following logic imbedded in the object box: If(MGR <> CALL,"via "+MGR,"") The logic works when the formula MGR <> CALL evaluates true, but fails when the formula result is false. Apparently the null is printing, but the word "via" always prints regardless of whether the result is true or false. This is obviously incorrect, but I don't understand why it is not working properly. I remember seeing another query to the reflector about this a few weeks ago, but don't remember seeing a posted reply. Anyone have any ideas?
