There is a need for a revised rig-interface. Today there are several rigs that we are not able to support, and other cannot be supported on all features. This is giving influence on sales.
What has to be done, is that dxbase continuosly monitors data from the rig, and retrieves necessary info from this buffer when logging. This would give instant response when logging. Another problem today is that DXbase should clear the buffer on port for rig-control whenever program is started. Garbish from the rig from rig power on is often a problem with the first line to be logged.
