Yes.  The settings you make on the web page using the drop down lists does
the same thing as the more cryptic command line commands that you would
otherwise have to enter when connected via telnet.  So after you finish
personalizing your filters, then you connect as usual via telnet for
'filtered' spots.

I distribute world wide spots, so you should be able to tune it for just
about anything you can imagine.
