Brendan, I first have a few questions..
Did you make a custom CARD file or a custom LABEL File.. Since the file prints directly to your card, I assume that this is a CRD file and not a LBL file..?? What was the format that you used (constantly) in putting the EA8/EI6IZ calls into your log?? Did you ever put EI6IZ/EA8 in there also? I would make a CARD (crd) file and put some "logic/conditional" coding into the TEXTBOX where your Irish Buro CALL or MGR CALL would be.. By using a Card (crd) file - you should be able to NOT have to use LAYERS for this scenario.. Can you send me your file that you are speaking about Brendan? 73 de Joe WA6AXE Brendan Minish wrote: > > Can someone explain how to do the following. > > I have created a simple (no layers) custom label that prints on my QSL > cards, it even puts the manager details in the manager box however I would > like to add the following feature. > > The Irish outgoing buero requests that we put the Call (or managers call > where appropriate) in the top right hand side of the card to aid sorting. > > I would like to have the following happen > I want the call printed (without any additional prefixes, I.e EA8/EI6IZ > prints as EI6IZ as that is the buero ' addresss' ) except in cases where > there is a managers call, when there is a mangers call I would like this > printed instead of the station call (as this is the correct buero ' address > ' in these circumstances ) > > How do I add this to my custom label?
