Go to DXbase web site. Select the News topic from the top menu. Look at the titles on the right side of the first news page and click the topic dealing with DX Telnet.
Unless you have some special requirements, there is no need to use any other software with DXbase to accomplish an internet cluster connection. It is all built in.
