Gregg,

The error message is being reported by Windows.  It could be caused by a lot
of different things:

1.  Damaged memory.
2.  Hard Drive corruption.
3.  Other hardware damage.
4.  Corrupted DXbase database.
5.  Damaged Windows files

If I were you, I would load my backup database into DXbase and if you still
have the issue, then I would start looking at the other things mentioned
above.
