The stuff from "Francis" is due to the fact that he is using an anti-spam service, but he does not have it configured correctly! He should have it set so that [email protected] is in his 'white list', instead he is automatically replying to every message with a 'challenge'.
The administrator should contact him and have 'Francis' get this corrected, else he should be temporarily dropped..
