David, If you used an already made QSL, it is very possible that the MODE field has an "Appearance Condition" involved with it..
Can you tell me what is the filename of the "Template" that you used? Also, If you can - pse send me (via email attachment) the two files (*.crd and *.crv) that make up your QSL file..
